I recently made some Bratwurst at home. It’s probably the easiest sausage to make and the most rewarding. There’s nothing in the grocery store freezer section that compares to these homemade, German-style sausages.

Mini-Reuben Appetizers
Sometimes it’s tough to come up with a good meal to cook for a football Saturday (or Sunday). It seems like everyone else makes the obligatory crock pot meatballs and cheesy rotel dip, but sometimes you want something a little more substantial. You know, something that won’t fit on a toothpick. That’s when I make mini-reuben sandwiches.
