And completely agree with on DIYers who think after watching HGTV a few times they can do things in their home. I am an avid watcher of HGTV and love what I see but know I don't have the talent nor does Brandon to do what I see on there. No one thinks about all the professionals or what we don't see happening with all those projects. Our townhouse is a prime example of DIYers as well. If you run out of things to do at your house, feel free to come on up! We're stuck with what to do with our kitchen, it needs help terribly.
