Leave it to my wife and me to visit Charleston on the same day as the Cooper River Bridge Run. Luckily, we spent the first half of the day at the Charleston Tea Plantation, so the race was over and the roads were cleared by the time we got to historic, downtown Charleston. It’s a very cool town, kind of like a mix between New Orleans and Georgetown. Here are some pictures:
